- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Just called to check on a mail hold I created while I went on vacation. I don't know if I made the mistake or if it was a system issue but the delivery date showed that it was a week off. I called the post office to cancel the hold and the employee seemed upset that I had called and hung up on me. I love Henderson. If you don't like your job I am sure someone who needs a job would love to have it.By Danny Day, February 11, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is by far the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. When expecting a package or delivery instead of the carrier delivering it we always seem to have "Will have to redeliver" Notes in our mailbox. Always home but somehow the carrier misses us everytime...does not make sense. Carrier is not responsible and mangager obviously does not train very well. Rules of delivering is that as long as your home is 0.5 miles from the mailbox or less they are required to deliver it to your home. My home is no more than half a mile from the mailbox and we still get "Sorry we missed you notes" even though someone is always home.By A Google User, November 12, 2016
